Product Support

The first step is the exact mapping of the expected mechanical and processing parameters, production conditions and other special needs. Accurate and complete definition of needs is critical to the success of the joint project. This step is greatly helped if we receive precise technical parameters from our customers, as well as a sample of the product or, where appropriate, of granules. The exact mapping of product demand is carried out by our sales colleagues.

Based on the defined expectations, we either recommend a PVC granule that meets the requirements from our existing product portfolio, or we start a development project to create a product that fully meets the customer's needs. The development of the new recipes is carried out by our engineering team with SZEPLAST's almost three decades of experience in the PVC industry, in our excellently equipped development lab, and with the involvement of expert partners who cooperate closely with us.

SZEPLAST uses a multi-step integration protocol for a successful product launch. As a first step, we provide our customers with a sample in a smaller quantity (~ 100 kg) free of charge, and after a successful first trial, we continue to introduce the product with a larger volume (1-2 tons). According to our experience, the success rate of product introductions is greatly increased, and the process of product integration is significantly shortened, if the trials are carried out in cooperation.
