Automatic_measuring_dosing

IndustryThe components of the different compounds are measured, transported and fed into the mixers by an automatic raw material handling system.

High-performance and fully automatic mixing units of heating and cooling mixers prepare and temper the dry blend for the following extrusion and granulation steps.

extrusion_granulation

ManufactureGranules are produced from the well prepared dry blend by state of the art extruders applying the technological parameters set specifically for the given formula.

Cooling_packaging

After cooling, the granules are transported in a closed system to an automatic weighing and bagging phase
